Can blend Abby’s Spinach Soup together (see Vegetable post for recipe) in a food processor or blender to drink as a warm and nourishing beverage.

Açaí Berry Smoothie
1 cup your favorite plant milk (I used rice milk)
1 fresh banana, peeled and sliced
1 tablespoon açaí berry freeze dried powder
1/2 cup plain coconut yogurt
Optional garnishes: a sprinkle of açaí berry powder, coconut flakes, flax seeds, or granola
Prepare Açaí powder by mixing 1 tablespoon of the powder with 1 tablespoon of warm water into a paste. Blend the milk, yogurt and banana together in a blender until smooth. Add the açaí powder paste to the blender and mix again. Pour the mixture into a large glass, add a straw, garnish, if you wish and enjoy!

Peach Smoothie (see "Fruit" post for fruit puree recipe)
1/4 cup peach puree
5 ounces plain coconut yogurt
Optional garnish: a slice of a peach
Fill a 16-ounce chilled glass full of ice. Pour the smoothie ingredients into a blender, cover and blend until smooth. Pour into the serving glass, add garnish and serve.
